For orders outside the UK:

If you purchased Renew Skin & Hair Care Studio products via Amazon, please refer to Amazon’s shipping, tracking, and delivery policies.
We do not have access to Amazon’s delivery systems and cannot provide tracking or delivery updates for those orders.
For help with an Amazon order, log in to your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders” to track, return, or report a delivery issue.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost:
