Refund & Returns Policy

At Renew Skin & Hair Care Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, etc.)

 

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used skincare or haircare products

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products marked as final sale

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us (with photos) within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at {info@renewskincarestudio.co.uk} with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

  • Purchases Made Through Third-Party Platforms

  • If you purchased your product from Amazon or any other third-party retailer, you must request your return or refund directly through that platform, in accordance with their return policy.

  • We are unable to process refunds, exchanges, or returns for orders placed outside our official website.
     

  • Note for Amazon Customers

  • If you purchased this product via Amazon, please submit any return or refund requests directly through your Amazon account.
    Returns for Amazon orders must follow Amazon’s return policy and cannot be processed through our website.

  • If you purchased directly from this website, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

7. International Orders

If you're located outside the UK (including the US or EU), the same return window applies. However, please note:

  • Customs fees and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs declarations
